Problem-solving is a part of life at all levels. We all face situations where we need to figure out what happened, what went wrong, and how to avoid that again. There are several very detailed, complicated programs for problem analysis and decision-making. This course, however, introduces a simple process you may follow for most problems you encounter.
Every day, in many areas, but especially as a leader in your organization, you are called on to make plans, to revise plans, to deal with problems, etc. You want to figure out how to do things right, but you sometimes you have to figure what went wrong, determine how to correct it, and look for ways to avoid the same problem in the future.
This course will help you become a better problem solver. The material is based on years of problem-solving experience with the United States Marine Corps, public and private organization, for fortune 100 companies.
